  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed blankets/towels
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
